SOCIAL OUTREACH PROJECTS

AASRA

AASRA

The outbreak of Covid-19 led educators around the globe to adopt tech-savvy methods of delivering lessons. They had to familiarize themselves with the nuances of the virtual world in a short span of time. EC launched Project AASRA, an initiative that provided them with the necessary skill-set for making an effortless transition from the physical classroom to virtual teaching. Under this programme, we extended free training on "Effective Online Teaching and Pedagogy" to more than 500 teachers across the country from 1st April 2020 to 30th June 2020. Through Aasra, we ensured that the learning process remained smooth even behind the locked houses of the teachers and the students alike.

EDUVEST CARES

We all have witnessed incidences that shook the world during its war with Covid-19. One of the most challenging phases though was the availability of life saving plasma as friends and family members looked frantically for it. Eduvest Cares was a non profit initiative to bridge the gap between plasma donors and receivers. Members who registered themselves as donors were connected with those who required the plasma to save the lives of their near and dear ones.
