Business Development Manager: 3.5-7 LPA

  • 1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

  • 2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

  • 3. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

  • 4. Monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

  • 5. Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.

  • 6. Manage month-end and year-end close processes.

  • 7. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Business Development Intern: 5-10k per month

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.

  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.

  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.

  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Social Media Intern: 5-10k per month

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.

  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content.

  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content.

  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.

  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions).

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI.

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.

  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

Content Development Intern: 5-10k per month

  • Work on curating and writing academic content

  • Design a detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics, and the number of hours required per course

  • Create engaging training course content (material, quizzes, and activities)

  • Set learning objectives for each course

  • Research and recommend modern educational methods (gamification, etc.)
